We believe that the Scriptures, both Old and New Testament, are the Inspired Word of God, without error in the original writing, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of persons, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith and practice
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, infinitely and eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary; and that He arose literally and bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven where He is now our High Priest and Advocate.
We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and to convict men of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service.
We believe that man was created in the image of God and fell into sin and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death, which is separation from God.
We believe that all human beings are sinful by nature and in need of redemption which can be accomplished only by the grace and power of God.
Our beliefs shape our world ...
We consequently believe that we are saved by God’s grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone and that neither our works, nor baptism, nor any other sacrament can save us.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His sacrificial death alone, and become heirs of eternal life.
We believe that the Christian life is a life of discipleship, involving a personal response of faith and obedience to Jesus Christ and to the Word of God, leading to a life of holiness, witness and service through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the true Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ, which transcends and overcomes denominational, cultural, national, racial and ethnic boundaries, and of which Christ is the only head.
We believe in the personal and visible return of our Lord Jesus Christ, in power and in glory to consummate His salvation and His judgment.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead: of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord: of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.
